Barometric Pressure

CS106 Barometer

The CS106 barometer made by Vaisala uses a silicone capacitive sensor to measure pressure.  It uses a flexible metal diaphragm connected to a capacitor.  Air pressure deforms the diaphragm, and the capacitance sensor measures the deformation.
